Pop Shed specialises in the sale of collectible Funko Pops, including graded items, signed items, display-grade items and mixed-condition sets.
2. Product Condition and Grading
Pop Shed operates a clear grading system to describe the condition of each item sold. All items are graded individually unless sold as part of a set where the badge “Mixed Grades” is used.
The following grade categories are used:
- Premium Grade
- Collector Grade
- Standard Grade
- Display Grade
- Signed with COA
- Mixed Grades

By purchasing from Pop Shed, you acknowledge and accept that:
2.1 All graded items are sold as described, and grading represents our professional opinion based on detailed inspection.
2.2 Grading is subjective, and opinions may vary between collectors, sellers, or other grading companies.
2.3 Mixed Grades sets contain items of differing conditions. Customers must read the individual descriptions before purchase.
2.4 Display Grade items may have significant box damage and are typically not suitable for boxed display.
2.5 Signed items marked Signed with COA include a Certificate of Authenticity from the source listed in the product description.
3. Product Descriptions and Photos
3.1 All product descriptions aim to be as accurate as possible, including grading, signature details, box condition, and known defects.
3.2 Photos shown are of the actual item unless clearly stated otherwise.
3.3 Colours and lighting may vary slightly due to screen differences.
3.4 If additional photos are required before purchase, customers may request them via our contact email.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices listed on the website are in GBP (£).
4.2 Prices are subject to change at any time but will remain fixed once an order is placed.
4.3 Payment must be made in full at checkout through the accepted payment methods displayed on the website.
5. Orders and Contract
5.1 When placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt but does not signify acceptance.
5.2 A contract is formed only once we dispatch your order.
5.3 Pop Shed reserves the right to cancel an order where:
- The item is no longer available
- There is a pricing or listing error
- Fraud or misuse is suspected
Any cancelled orders will be refunded in full.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Orders are dispatched using reliable UK carriers. Tracking details (if included) will be provided by email.
6.2 Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only.
6.3 Pop Shed is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Weather conditions
- Strikes
- Customs (for international orders)
6.4 The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
6.5 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel is delivered or collected from the notified collection point.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 As many items sold are second-hand, graded, signed or one-of-a-kind collectibles, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The item received is significantly different from the description
- The incorrect item was sent
- Damage occurred during transit and evidence is provided within 48 hours of delivery
7.2 Items correctly described and graded are not eligible for return due to subjective differences in condition assessment.
7.3 Signed items with COA are not eligible for return unless incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
7.4 To request a return, customers must email us within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing photos and full details.
7.5 Approved returns must be sent back in the same condition and with all included accessories (protectors, COAs, extras).
8. Cancellations
8.1 Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
8.2 Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
9. Liability
9.1 Pop Shed is not liable for losses that are:
- Indirect or consequential
- Caused by incorrect address information
- Due to courier delays
- Related to changes in collectible market values
9.2 We do not guarantee future value, rarity appreciation, or investment performance of any collectible sold.
10. Authenticity
10.1 All signed items sold with the “Signed with COA” badge include a Certificate of Authenticity from the stated issuer.
10.2 Pop Shed is not responsible for the policies of third-party COA providers.
10.3 Any autograph without a COA will be clearly labelled as such and priced accordingly.
11. Protectors and Packaging
11.1 Some items may include a Pop protector; if so, this will be stated in the description.
11.2 Packaging materials may be recycled where appropriate, but all orders are packed securely to protect the item during transport.
12. Website Use
12.1 Content on this website—including images, text, brand assets, grading information and product descriptions—remains the property of Pop Shed and may not be copied without permission.
12.2 We reserve the right to update pricing, grading methods, or policy details at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
